This yoga & wine event is a chance to experience a fun yoga class in a relaxed environment. While Letal’s style is a strong, vinyasa flow, she offers modifications to make the practice accessible to anyone. Letal encourages her students to have fun in the process and use their mats as their “adult playground”. A mix of flowing postures, balance, and twists, this dynamic yoga class will leave yogis feeling zen and strong. Followed up by wine, cheese & charcuterie. Talk about an experience for the mind, body & soul.
